TLC Plumbing & Utility is a diverse business grounded in plumbing and infrastructure services for residential and commercial clients.  TLC’s service division provides plumbing, heating, cooling and drain repair, maintenance, and installation services to a broad customer base in Central New Mexico.  TLC’s heavy commercial & industrial service department focuses on providing customized HVAC, mechanical service for businesses throughout New Mexico.  TLC’s construction division offers a range of infrastructure services, including utility (storm, drain & sewer), earthwork, concrete, paving, mechanical plumbing & HVAC installation, and wastewater treatment facility construction.

Since 1987, TLC Plumbing has grown to be the leading Plumbing Company in Albuquerque. Since our founding in 1987, we have grown to have over 400 employees and are licensed, bonded and insured to perform a variety of residential, commercial and construction services throughout the state of New Mexico.

Commercial HVAC Tech:  To provide customer focused service. To maintain, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment. Work with co-workers to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied and that we are able to meet our goals as a company. Encourage and coach junior technicians to grow and learn all aspects of this industry and TLC culture. Requesting to have a journeyman license with more than three years of experience.

The Big Task

·         Journeyman license with 3 year HVAC experience

·         Rotating On-call and emergency

·         Ability and technical knowledge to service, diagnosis and repair all manner of HVAC equipment

·         Technical knowledge and ability to size, and replace HVAC equipment and train others to do the same.

·         Knowledge to assess multiple types of refrigerants, pressure readings and set points

·         Sizing and installation of all manner of equipment

·         Strong aptitude for reading diagrams and schematics   


Journeyman license with 3 year HVAC experience
